Kristin is a wife and mother to two wonderful children and brings to Mary Wade 25 years of solid senior healthcare and lifecare CCRC experience managing all levels of care including  Administrator, Performance Improvement Director, Executive Director and Regional Director of Operations, Marketing, Sales, Innovative Program Development, Forecast Quality Improvement and Financial Management.  Kristin is a CARF-CCAC surveyor and a results oriented, decisive leader with demonstrated proficiency in growing profit margin while improving occupancy and payer mix at all levels of care.  Notable Communities Kristin worked over the past 25+ years include Mercy Community Health in West Hartford, Duncaster in Bloomfield, Evergreen Woods in North Branford, Watermark Communities in Bridgeport, Southbury and Nationally as a regional.

 

WILLIAM KOWALEWSKI – Vice President / Mary Wade Healthcare

William (Bill) Kowalewski, Vice President of Mary Wade Healthcare, holds a Master of Public Administration Health Policy and Management from New York University and a BS in Mathematics. Most recently serving as the Woodridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Administrator and VP of Aging Services at Central Vermont Medical Center (CVMC) and before that as Executive Director of the Southington Care Center, he has also sat on several boards including serving as Treasurer of the national American Lung Association, President of the New York Lung Association, and board member of the Alzheimer’s Association of Connecticut.
With over 20 years experience in senior administrative roles in rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities, Bill is excited to focus his passion for fostering a supportive environment that prioritizes exceptional care for our residents.

IVETTE OLIVERAS – Property Manager

MARY ANNE STCHUR – Vice President Advancement

Mary Anne brings to Mary Wade nearly 25 years of fundraising experience cultivating and enhancing relationships with donors, foundations, board members and volunteers to create successful fundraising initiatives and annual funds.

Prior to joining Mary Wade, Mary Anne served as Chief Advancement Officer for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Providence, overseeing all aspects of fundraising for its 9 Clubs resulting in successful annual campaigns, golf tournaments, galas and the organization’s first capital campaign. Previously, she spent ten years as Director of Fundraising and Operations with Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, DE. During this time, she created and implemented the hospital’s first annual giving program, was instrumental in the successful completion of a $25 million capital campaign and created the hospital’s first $1 million endowment.

Mary Anne and her husband, Peter, and their two children, Peter IV and Madeline, live in Waterford, CT She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business & Healthcare Administration from Wilkes University in Pennsylvania.
