Hunter Merrill, our esteemed Culinary Director, is dedicated to overseeing all food-related aspects on our campus. With a membership in the Association of Nutrition Foodservice Professional ANFP, Hunter brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role. Recently, he delivered two insightful presentations at Dunkin Donuts Stadium in Hartford. One focused on Perfect Plating Garnishing in a Healthcare setting. The other presentation shed light on the impact of Legionella on kitchen environments in healthcare facilities, highlighting his commitment to food safety and quality. Hunter’s contributions continue to enhance our culinary operations and ensure the highest standards are met.
