HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CARE? There are several options to pay for care. For Short Term Rehab and Long Term Care, you can pay a private daily rate if you have private funds. We accept most long term care insurances which pay for your room and board either partially or in-full. Mary Wade is proud to work with exceptional physicians from The West Haven Medical Group and those physicians.  However, you must keep any specialty doctor such as your cardiologist, orthopedist, or neurologists, etc.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RATE? The daily rate includes room and board, housekeeping, laundry, recreation, and dietary services. Medications and treatments, MD visits, oxygen and mental health services are billed to your insurance first and any co-pays are your responsibility. For Medicaid residents all services are billed to Title-19.
